| TOPQUEST, a division and service of CollegiateZone (CZ) is a powerful online tool that streamlines the college application process, allowing students to complete an online college application one time and electronically distribute it to several colleges and universities simultaneously. This software tool qualifies the student, based on their personal criteria and academic profile, for a select group of colleges. |

| Once the TOPQUEST process has been completed, the excelling performing arts and science student will advance to TOPSCHOLAR OR the excelling athlete will advance to TOPJOCK. |

| If a student doesn’t excel in athletics or performing arts and science, the tool still allows them to select from a list of colleges in which to apply. |

| One-time, On-line Application Process |
| |
| Step 1. Student completes CZ College Prep Form. This form includes all required questions by any college in the U.S. |

| Step 2. Student uses our software search engine tool to search the database based on their personal and academic criteria. The results will automatically match and qualify specific colleges that meet the student’s core search criteria. |

| Step 3. Once the student receives college search results, he then decides to which college he wants to apply. Of these qualified colleges, the student can then choose one or all, and with the click of only a few buttons, the CZ Auto-fill Tool will auto-fill all the required fields of the specific college application - ONE TIME-completing the entire application process. This eliminates the need to fill out multiple applications manually and saves the student hours! |

| Note: At this point, the student may choose to attach his essay, financial aid documents, and other information that may be required by specific colleges. |

| Step 4. Application Fee: Students will pay the selected school’s application fee by clicking on the “Pay Now” button. You can choose to auto-fill the credit card payment option or complete it manually. |

| Step 5. If a TOPQUEST student excels in performing arts and science they can advance to TOPSCHOLAR, or the excelling athlete can advance to TOPJOCK. Both services offer self-marketing tools. |

| As an added bonus, all students will receive an email account, access to the CZ Chat Room, and text and messaging services with their subscription. |
